The Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ) is set to participate in the upcoming Program Madani Kita, scheduled for September 26 at Dewan Komuniti Damansara Damai, Selangor. This community-focused initiative features a free motorcycle helmet exchange program designed to enhance rider safety across the region.
The event will be open to the general public from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and is free of charge. A primary highlight for local motorcyclists is the helmet exchange scheme, which provides an opportunity to trade in old equipment for safer alternatives. Notably, the program also includes the distribution of child helmets, addressing the often-overlooked safety needs of younger passengers.
